Thank you 'yarnstorm' for the delicious Butterscotchy Lemon Curd Cake recipe. I have never made lemon curd before, but it was really quite simple and very, very nice!
I need to get some sandwich tins...
Mine doesn't look quite as pretty as 'yarnstorm's', but guess who got to lick the bowl!
